Other warnings & precautions

QTc Prolongation: Dose-dependent QTc prolongation. Avoid doses >20mg. Use with caution in patients with congenital long QT syndrome or on other QTc-prolonging medicines.
Serotonin Syndrome: Avoid with other serotonergic agents.
Discontinuation Syndrome: Taper gradually on discontinuation.
