These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and the operators of MedCentralHub ("MedCentralHub", "we", "our", or "us") regarding your access to and use of the website located at medcentralhub.com and any associated subdomains, content, and tools (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Medical Disclaimer, which are incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use MedCentralHubonly for lawful purposes and only in ways that do not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Service. Without limiting the foregoing, you agree not to:

3. User-Generated Content
MedCentralHub is currently a read-only reference site. It does not host user accounts, public comments, forums, reviews, or any other channel through which users can publish content visible to other visitors. If we introduce such features in the future, additional terms specific to user-generated content will be published alongside them.
Notes, shelves, trackers, and reminders that you create inside the browser-based My Tools area are stored locally on your device only and are never published, shared, or transmitted to us or to other users.
4. Intellectual Property
The clinical and medical information presented on MedCentralHub — including drug labels, generic naming, condition descriptions, and regulatory data — is sourced primarily from public-domain datasets published by U.S. federal government agencies, including the FDA (OpenFDA), the National Library of Medicine (RxNorm, MedlinePlus, ClinicalTrials.gov), the CDC, and the NIH. Works of the U.S. federal government are generally not subject to copyright protection in the United States and remain in the public domain.
The original site code, page layouts, visual design, illustrations, custom explanatory text, taxonomy, and aggregated database compilations created by the MedCentralHub Editorial Team are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The MedCentralHub name and logo are trademarks of the site operators.
You may view, download, and print pages from MedCentralHubfor personal, non-commercial, educational use, provided you retain all copyright and proprietary notices. You may not republish substantial portions of our original editorial work, sell access to the site's content, or incorporate it into a competing commercial product without prior written permission. 5. Medical Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. See our full Medical Disclaimer for details. Nothing on MedCentralHub is intended to create a physician-patient, pharmacist-patient, or any other professional relationship.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall MedCentralHub, its operators, contributors, contractors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages — including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses — arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service. Without limiting the foregoing, our aggregate liability for any direct damages shall not exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100) or the amount you have paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MedCentralHuband its operators, contributors, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
7. Third-Party Links
MedCentralHublinks to external websites — including U.S. government resources, peer-reviewed publications, and professional society pages — as a convenience to users. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site. Linking does not constitute endorsement, and visiting third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to those sites' own terms and privacy policies.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them or to your use of the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of Karachi, Pakistan, and you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
If you are accessing the Service from outside Pakistan, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws to the extent local laws are applicable. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
9. Termination
We may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time and without prior notice, including for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, harms other users, harms us or third parties, or exposes us to legal liability. You may stop using the Service at any time by ceasing to access it; if you have stored data locally in your browser, you may clear it through your browser settings.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and the miscellaneous provisions in this section — shall survive.
10. Miscellaneous
Changes to the Terms.We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, highlighted on the site. Your continued use of the Service after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Medical Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and MedCentralHub regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
