Corneal microdeposits (nearly universal)
Bradycardia
Hypotension (especially with IV)
Pulmonary fibrosis and interstitial pneumonitis
Hepatotoxicity including hepatitis and cirrhosis
Hypothyroidism
Hyperthyroidism (including thyrotoxicosis)
Proarrhythmia including torsades de pointes
Severe bradycardia and AV block
Optic neuropathy and optic neuritis (may lead to blindness)
Blue-gray skin discoloration
Acute respiratory distress syndrome
Stevens-Johnson syndrome
Toxic epidermal necrolysis
Pancreatitis
Aplastic anemia
