Severe hypotension with nitrates (absolutely contraindicated)
Priapism (prolonged erection — urological emergency)
Sudden vision or hearing loss (rare — NAION, other vascular events)
Severe hypotension with alpha-blockers
Stevens-Johnson syndrome
Exfoliative dermatitis
Hypersensitivity/angioedema
