AAdult Dosing

Plaque psoriasis: 150 mg SC at weeks 0, 4, then every 12 weeks. Crohn's/UC: 600 mg IV induction at weeks 0, 4, 8; then 360 mg SC every 8 weeks maintenance.

General Dosing Tips

Missed dose: Take the missed dose as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Do not double up doses.

Overdose: If you suspect an overdose, contact Poison Control at 1-800-222-1222 or call 911 immediately.

Storage: Store at room temperature (59–77°F / 15–25°C), away from moisture and heat, unless otherwise specified by your pharmacist.
