Churg-Strauss syndrome (rare vasculitis — usually when oral corticosteroids reduced; may represent unmasking, not causation)
Hypersensitivity reactions including angioedema
Hepatitis/jaundice
Palpitations, thrombocytopenia
Erythema nodosum, Stevens-Johnson syndrome
