Asthma / rhinitis: 10mg once daily in the evening; Exercise-induced bronchoconstriction: 10mg at least 2 hours before exercise; not for use with another dose taken same day
2–5 years: 4mg chewable or granules once daily in evening. 6–14 years: 5mg chewable tablet. ≥15 years: 10mg tablet. 6–23 months (perennial AR only): one packet of 4mg granules once daily.
