Panic disorder: 0.25mg twice daily; increase by 0.125–0.25mg every 3 days; target 1mg/day; max 4mg/day; Seizure disorders: 0.5mg 3 times daily initially; increase by 0.5–1mg every 3 days; usual maintenance 2–8mg/day
Seizures (<10 years or <30kg): 0.01–0.03mg/kg/day in 2–3 divided doses; increase by 0.25–0.5mg every 3 days; max 0.1–0.2mg/kg/day.
No dose adjustment required. Use with caution.
Reduce dose in hepatic impairment. Avoid in severe hepatic disease.
