Tachycardia (heart rate increase)

Hypokalemia (with high doses — beta-2 drives K+ into cells)
Paradoxical bronchospasm (rarely — stop medicine immediately if occurs)
Severe hypokalemia with high-dose nebulization
Cardiac arrhythmias (with excessive use)
Lactic acidosis (rare, with high-dose IV use)
Hypersensitivity reactions
Hyperglycemia (especially with IV use in ICU)
Pulmonary edema (non-cardiogenic, with tocolytic use in obstetrics)
