AAdult Dosing

Adults place 10-15 drops under the tongue three times per day. Leave uner tongue for 10 seconds, then swallow. Do Not eat or drink 10 minutes before or after taking the drops.

General Dosing Tips

Missed dose: Take the missed dose as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Do not double up doses.

Overdose: If you suspect an overdose, contact Poison Control at 1-800-222-1222 or call 911 immediately.

Storage: Store at room temperature (59–77°F / 15–25°C), away from moisture and heat, unless otherwise specified by your pharmacist.
