Bleeding (bruising, prolonged bleeding from cuts)
Skin necrosis (rare but serious — early treatment)

Major hemorrhage: intracranial bleeding, GI bleeding, retroperitoneal hemorrhage
Fatal bleeding events
Warfarin-induced skin necrosis (protein C/S deficiency states)
Limb gangrene in patients with protein C deficiency
Calciphylaxis (arterial calcification)
Tracheal/tracheobronchial cartilage calcification (chronic use)
