AAdult Dosing

Schizophrenia/Mania: 1.5 mg daily, can increase to 3-6 mg daily based on response; Depression: 0.5-1.5 mg daily

RRenal Dose Adjustment

eGFR <30 mL/min: use with caution

HHepatic Dose Adjustment

Moderate-severe: reduce starting dose to 0.5-1.5 mg daily

General Dosing Tips

Missed dose: Take the missed dose as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Do not double up doses.
