AAdult Dosing

Directions adults and children over 12 years: apply generously to affected area massage into painful area until thoroughly absorbed into skin repeat as necessary, but no more than 4 times daily children 12 years and younger: ask a doctor

General Dosing Tips

Missed dose: Take the missed dose as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Do not double up doses.

Overdose: If you suspect an overdose, contact Poison Control at 1-800-222-1222 or call 911 immediately.

Storage: Store at room temperature (59–77°F / 15–25°C), away from moisture and heat, unless otherwise specified by your pharmacist.
