2 DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION For subcutaneous use only. HERCEPTIN HYLECTA has different dosage and administration instructions than intravenous trastuzumab products. Do not administer intravenously. ( 2.3 ) Do not substitute HERCEPTIN HYLECTA for or with ado-trastuzumab emtansine. ( 2.3 ) Perform HER2 testing using FDA-approved tests by laboratories with demonstrated proficiency.
