Abnormal ejaculation (retrograde ejaculation, reduced ejaculatory volume) — 8–18%

Orthostatic hypotension (less common than non-selective alpha-blockers)

Intraoperative floppy iris syndrome (IFIS) — surgical risk during cataract surgery
