HHepatic Dose Adjustment

No adjustment needed for mild-moderate; avoid in severe

General Dosing Tips

Missed dose: Take the missed dose as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Do not double up doses.
