Malignancy (possible theoretical risk with long-term immunosuppression)
Reactivation of latent infections (TB, hepatitis B)
Angioedema
Psoriasiform reactions (paradoxical pustular psoriasis — very rare)
Elevated liver enzymes (usually mild, transient)
