AAdult Dosing

RA/PsA/AS: 15 mg once daily. Atopic dermatitis: 15 mg or 30 mg once daily. Crohn's/UC: 45 mg once daily for 12 weeks (induction), then 15 or 30 mg once daily (maintenance). GCA: 15 mg once daily.

General Dosing Tips

Missed dose: Take the missed dose as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Do not double up doses.

Overdose: If you suspect an overdose, contact Poison Control at 1-800-222-1222 or call 911 immediately.

Storage: Store at room temperature (59–77°F / 15–25°C), away from moisture and heat, unless otherwise specified by your pharmacist.
