DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION The usual adult dose may be taken as one (1) white vitamin tablet (Neuro 110™), two (2) red omega-3 softgels (Omega 110™), and three (3) white mineral capsules (Minerals 110™) daily, before, during and after pregnancy, or as directed by a physician.
