2 DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION For intravenous use only. Do not irradiate. Do not use a leukodepleting filter. ( 2 ) Verify patient's identity upon receipt, prior to thaw and prior to infusion. ( 2 ) Thawing should only take place immediately prior to use. ( 2 ) Premedicate the patient approximately 30 to 60 minutes prior to infusion.
