Directions Adults & children over 2 years of age: rub a thnk film over affected areas no more than 4 times a day- massage not necessary Children under 2 years of age: consult physician.

General Dosing Tips

Missed dose: Take the missed dose as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Do not double up doses.

Overdose: If you suspect an overdose, contact Poison Control at 1-800-222-1222 or call 911 immediately.
