2 DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION Obtain baseline liver and electrocardiogram tests and correct hypokalemia and hypomagnesemia before starting RECORLEV ( 2.1 ) Initiate dosage at 150 mg orally twice daily, with or without food.
