AAdult Dosing

2 DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION The recommended dosage of RUKOBIA is one 600-mg tablet taken orally twice daily with or without food [see Clinical Pharmacology ( 12.3 )] . Swallow tablets whole. Do not chew, crush, or split tablets. One tablet taken twice daily with or without food. ( 2 )

General Dosing Tips

Missed dose: Take the missed dose as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Do not double up doses.

Overdose: If you suspect an overdose, contact Poison Control at 1-800-222-1222 or call 911 immediately.

Storage: Store at room temperature (59–77°F / 15–25°C), away from moisture and heat, unless otherwise specified by your pharmacist.
