2 DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION Select patients with ALK-positive locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC for treatment with ENSACOVE. ( 2.1 ) Prior to initiating ENSACOVE, evaluate liver function tests and fasting blood glucose. ( 2.2 ) Recommended dosage: 225 mg orally once daily with or without food until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity.
