2 DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION Testing: Prior to or when initiating GENVOYA test for hepatitis B virus infection. Prior to or when initiating GENVOYA, and during treatment on a clinically appropriate schedule, assess serum creatinine, estimated creatinine clearance, urine glucose, and urine protein in all patients. In patients with chronic kidney disease, also assess serum phosphorus. ( 2.1 ) Recommended dosage in adult and pediatric patients weighing at least 25 kg: One tablet taken orally once daily with food in patients with body weight at least 25 kg and a creatinine clearance greater than or equal to 30 mL per minute, or in adult patients with creatinine clearance less than 15 mL per minute who are receiving chronic hemodialysis. On days of hemodialysis, administer GENVOYA after hemodialysis.
