Directions Adults and children 2 yrs & older: Chew 1 tablet until it breaks down, then brush teeth thoroughly at least twice a day or as directed by a dentist or physician. General Dosing Tips

Missed dose: Take the missed dose as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Do not double up doses.
