Diarrhea (4.5%)

Major bleeding events (GI, intracranial — less than warfarin but significant)
Thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (TTP) — rare but life-threatening within 2 weeks of initiation
Hypersensitivity/angioedema
Aplastic anemia
Agranulocytosis
Severe hepatotoxicity
