2 DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION Administer ZINPLAVA during antibacterial drug treatment for CDI. ( 2.1 ) The recommended dose is a single dose of 10 mg/kg administered as an intravenous infusion over 60 minutes. ( 2.2 ) Dilute prior to intravenous infusion.
