2 DOSAGE & ADMINISTRATION Instill one drop of bepotastine besilate ophthalmic solution into the affected eye(s) twice a day. Remove contact lenses prior to instillation of bepotastine besilate ophthalmic solution. Instill one drop into the affected eye(s) twice a day.
