AAdult Dosing

Directions • For sunscreen use: Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure • Reapply at least every 2 hours • Children under 6 months: Ask a doctor • Use a water-resistant sunscreen if swimming or sweating

General Dosing Tips

Missed dose: Take the missed dose as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Do not double up doses.
