AAdult Dosing

DIRECTIONS: Shake 10 times before use. Adults and children over 6: 1-2 sprays into each nostril, 4-6 times daily. Children under 6: 1 spray, 3-4 times daily.

General Dosing Tips

Missed dose: Take the missed dose as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Do not double up doses.
