Upper respiratory tract infections (nasopharyngitis, bronchitis) — most common
Infusion-related reactions (flushing, headache, pruritus)
Herpes zoster reactivation
Influenza and influenza-like illness
Urinary tract infections
Sinusitis
Cough
Serious infections (bacterial, viral — including herpes zoster and other opportunistic infections)
Anaphylaxis and severe infusion reactions (rare)
Malignancy (theoretical risk with ongoing immunosuppression)
Hypersensitivity reactions
Progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy (PML) — theoretical class concern; not reported to date
Severe herpes zoster with dissemination
