2 DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION Administer orally in divided doses (3 to 5 times daily). ( 2.1 ) The recommended starting dosage for adults (any weight) and pediatric patients weighing 45 kg or more is 15 mg to 30 mg daily, in divided doses.
