2 DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION Administration of LUMIZYME should be supervised by a healthcare provider knowledgeable in the management of hypersensitivity reactions including anaphylaxis. ( 2.1 ) Recommended dosage is 20 mg/per kg body weight administered every 2 weeks as an intravenous infusion.
