AAdult Dosing

Adults and children 12 years of age and older: Dissolve 5 pellets under the tongue 3 times a day until symptoms are relieved. Children under 12 years of age: Ask a doctor.

General Dosing Tips

Missed dose: Take the missed dose as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Do not double up doses.
