AAdult Dosing

Directions do not exceed 4 doses in a 24 hour period Age Dose adults and children 12 years and older 2 softgels every 4 hours, do not exceed 6 doses in a 24 hour period children 4 to under 12 years consult a doctor children under 4 years do not use

General Dosing Tips

Missed dose: Take the missed dose as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Do not double up doses.
